By submitting content, you understand that it becomes part of a permanent repository designed to preserve judge knowledge for the community's benefit.

You agree that any content you submit will not:
- Infringe upon any third-party rights
- Contain harmful, offensive, or inappropriate material
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
- Compromise the integrity of the certification process
1.3 Right to Remove Content
The Lorcana Judge Program operates as a permanent repository. Once published, content cannot be modified or removed by anyone else than their writer, including platform administrators. This ensures the integrity and permanence of the knowledge base.
Content Scope: Only content directly related to the platform's intrinsic objectives (judge training, certification, rules interpretation, community resources, and Lorcana TCG judging practices) is permitted. Content unrelated to these core purposes will be subject to review by the governing committee.
Exception: Content may only be removed if it:
- Violates applicable laws
- Contains personal information that creates privacy or safety concerns
- Infringes on legitimate third-party intellectual property rights
- Contains inappropriate, offensive, harmful, discriminatory, or abusive material
- Falls outside the platform's scope as determined by the governing committee
Authors are solely responsible for ensuring their content is appropriate and relevant before publication.

We are committed to establishing a formal committee to guide the development and direction of the Lorcana Judge Program. This committee will:

3. Certification Disclaimers
3.1 Non-Official Status
Certifications provided through the Lorcana Judge Program:
- Are not endorsed by Ravensburger, Disney, or any of their affiliates
- Do not carry legal value or represent official accreditation
- Serve solely as recognition of demonstrated knowledge, skills, and competencies as evaluated according to our program standards
3.2 Purpose of Certification
Certifications are designed to:
- Provide judges with opportunities to demonstrate their capabilities
- Establish consistent standards within the judge community
- Offer tournament organizers a reference point for judge qualifications
- Support individual growth and development within the judging practice
3.3 Recognition by Third Parties
While the Lorcana Judge Program strives to maintain high standards, we make no guarantees that certifications will be recognized or honored by tournament organizers, venues, or other third parties.
4. Data Collection and Privacy

- Discord username
- Examination results and certification history
- Reviews and community contributions
- Usage data related to platform interaction

Please note that data deletion will automatically result in the termination of your account. After deletion, candidates will need to create a new account if they wish to use the platform again, and no history from the previous account will be retained or transferred.

All certified judges agree to uphold the Lorcana Judge Program Code of Conduct, which includes:

Violations of the Code of Conduct may result in:

8.1 Adherence to Official Policies

8.2 Policy Updates
You acknowledge that these official policies may be updated periodically by Ravensburger and Disney. The Lorcana Judge Program will make reasonable efforts to notify judges of significant policy updates, but it remains each judge's responsibility to stay informed of the current official policies.
8.3 Conflict Resolution
In cases where the Lorcana Judge Program's internal policies might conflict with official Ravensburger and Disney policies, the official policies shall take precedence. Judges must prioritize application of the official rules and policies during events.
8.4 Tournament Implementation
When judging events, you agree to implement and enforce the official tournament structure, play correction guidelines, and other event-specific rules as outlined in the official documentation, including any set-specific instructions or updates.
8.5 Education and Communication
As a judge, you are expected to accurately communicate and educate players on these official policies in a clear, consistent manner that aligns with Ravensburger and Disney's intended implementation.
