Welcome to the Lorcana Judge Program website. By accessing or using our platform, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Description

The Lorcana Judge Program provides training, certification, and resources for Lorcana Trading Card Game judges as a completely non-commercial initiative. Our services include but are not limited to: educational resources, certification exams, judge level management, a card database, and community resources. This platform operates exclusively for community benefit with no commercial purpose whatsoever.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration Requirements

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• You must provide accurate and complete information when registering
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

3.2 Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, provide false information, or engage in conduct detrimental to the program.

4. Intellectual Property

4.1 Platform Infrastructure

The platform code, design, structure, layout, and organization of the website are the property of the Lorcana Judge Program and protected by international copyright laws. However, the platform claims no ownership whatsoever of any content, articles, resources, or materials published by users.

4.2 User Content Ownership and Responsibility

This platform operates as a pure repository for judge resources, similar to JudgeApps. By design:

• You retain complete and exclusive ownership of all content you submit
• You bear full responsibility for all content you publish
• The platform claims no rights, licenses, or ownership over user-generated content
• Articles and resources, once published, become permanent parts of the repository and cannot be modified or deleted by anyone, including platform administrators
• You are free to use, republish, or distribute your content elsewhere without any restrictions from the platform
• The platform encourages the wider distribution of valuable judge resources

4.3 Third-Party Content

Disney Lorcana™ and all related properties are trademarks of Disney and/or Ravensburger. This platform is not affiliated with, endorsed, sponsored, or specifically approved by Disney or Ravensburger.

4.4 Repository Purpose

The platform serves solely as an archive and repository for the judge community. If content published here proves valuable enough to be used elsewhere, this is considered a success of the platform's mission to preserve and share judge knowledge.

5. Limitation of Liability

The Lorcana Judge Program is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaim all warranties including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

6. Privacy Policy

We collect and process personal data as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to such processing and you warrant that all data provided by you is accurate.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform

For example, a user who fails an exam and subsequently creates a new account under a different email address or assimilated to retake the same exam would be in violation of this policy. Such actions compromise the certification process and undermine the integrity expected of judges.

8. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes. Your continued use of the platform following the posting of revised Terms means you accept those changes.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

10. Judge Program Specific Terms

10.1 Certification

• Certification is granted at our discretion based on exam performance and community contributions
• Certification may be revoked for violations of the judge code of conduct
• We do not guarantee that our certification will be recognized by tournament organizers or Ravensburger

10.2 Exam Content

• Exam content must not be shared, reproduced, or distributed
• Attempts to cheat on exams will result in immediate disqualification

11. Platform Philosophy

11.1 Non-Commercial Repository Mission

This platform exists solely to serve the judge community as a resource repository. There is no commercial intent, no monetization, and no ownership of user intellectual property. The platform's success is measured by the value and accessibility of resources shared by the community, not by any commercial metrics.

11.2 Content Permanence

By design, all published content becomes a permanent part of the repository. This ensures:

• Long-term preservation of judge knowledge
• Reliable citations and references for the community
• Historical documentation of judging practices and interpretations
• Authors maintain complete ownership while contributing to the collective knowledge base
