Purpose

These Terms of Service (hereinafter "Terms") define the terms and conditions of use of the Lorcana Judge website, as well as the rights and obligations of the parties.

Acceptance

Accessing and using the site implies full acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept these conditions, please do not use the site.

Definitions

• "Site": the Lorcana Judge website accessible at https://lorcanajudge.fr
• "Publisher" or "Administration": the team of administrators responsible for the site
• "User": any person accessing the site, whether registered or not
• "Member": a user who has created an account on the site
• "Quiz": a test consisting of questions about Disney Lorcana rules
• "Suggestion": a question proposal submitted by a user

Lorcana Judge is a free, non-commercial community platform allowing players and future judges of Disney Lorcana to practice game rules through interactive quizzes.

The site offers the following features:

• Generation of Disney Lorcana rules quizzes
• Choice of number of questions (5, 10, or 15)
• Different difficulty levels (easy, medium, hard, advanced)
• Results history for registered members
• Star progression system
• Community member directory
• Ability to suggest questions

Unofficial Status

Lorcana Judge is a fan project, independent and not affiliated with Disney, Ravensburger, or any official entity. Information provided is for educational purposes and does not constitute an official source of rules.

Free Service

All services offered by Lorcana Judge are completely free. No features require payment. Users can support the project through voluntary donations on Ko-fi.

Unregistered Visitors

Unregistered visitors can:

• View public site content
• Generate up to 5 quizzes per day
• Access only "easy" difficulty quizzes

Registered Members

Registered members (free account) can:

• Generate up to 5 quizzes per day (+ possible bonuses)
• Access all difficulty levels
• View their results history
• Customize their profile
• Appear in the member directory
• Suggest questions
• Earn progression stars

Quotas and Limits

Daily quotas (5 quizzes/day) reset every day at midnight (Paris time). The publisher reserves the right to grant additional bonuses, modify quotas, or set up special events.

Availability

The publisher strives to keep the site accessible at all times but does not guarantee continuous availability. Interruptions may occur for maintenance or technical reasons.

Registration Conditions

Registration is open to anyone, without age restriction. However:

• Minors must use the site under explicit authorization and supervision of their parents or legal guardians
• Parents/guardians are responsible for their minor children's use of the site
• The publisher disclaims all liability for use by a minor without parental authorization

Required Information

To create an account, users must provide:

• A valid email address
• A unique username
• A secure password (minimum 8 characters)

Registration can also be done via OAuth (Discord or Google).

Accuracy of Information

Users agree to provide accurate information and keep it up to date. Using false information may result in suspension or deletion of the account.

Account Security

Users are responsible for the confidentiality of their password and all activity from their account. If fraudulent use is suspected, users must immediately contact the publisher.

Lawful Use

Users agree to use the site in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. The following are prohibited:

• Any fraudulent or malicious use of the service
• Any attempt to bypass technical limitations
• Use of robots, scripts, or automated tools
• Any action to overload or disrupt the site
• Unauthorized collection of personal data

Respect for Others

Users agree to respect other members. The following are strictly prohibited:

• Insulting, defamatory, discriminatory, or hateful speech
• Harassment in any form

Question Suggestions

Users can submit suggestions and publish articles. You retain full ownership of your contributions. By submitting content, users:

• Grant the publisher a non-exclusive, free, worldwide license to use this content
• Accept that the suggestion may be modified, rejected, or deleted

Moderation

All suggestions are subject to moderation. The publisher reserves the right to:

• Approve, modify, or reject any suggestion
• Remove a published question if necessary
• Not justify moderation decisions

All original site content is protected by copyright. Disney Lorcana and associated content are the property of Disney and Ravensburger. Site use is strictly personal and non-commercial.

Moderation Powers

The publisher and administrators have discretionary moderation power. They may:

• Warn a user
• Temporarily suspend an account
• Permanently delete an account
• Remove any inappropriate content

Grounds for Sanctions

Sanctions may be applied in case of:

• Violation of these Terms
• Harmful behavior towards the community
• Abusive or fraudulent use
• Submission of inappropriate content

No Appeal

Moderation decisions are final. The publisher is not required to justify decisions.

Information provided on the site is for indicative and educational purposes. It does not constitute an official source. The publisher cannot be held liable for damages resulting from use of the site.

The collection and processing of personal data are governed by our Privacy Policy.

The publisher reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect upon publication. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

These Terms are governed by French law. In case of dispute, the courts of Pau (France) will have exclusive jurisdiction.
